Generally, your filter cartridge can last up to 5-6 months, based on 2 daily showers (shorter than 6 minutes) or 40,000 liters of water (depending on which comes first).

Your Pure Blue cartridges are made to be as sustainable as can be. We’ve designed the top mesh to be easily removable after use. Simply pop it off, empty the contents, and to the plastic casing in the recycling bin. You can also use our biodegradable cartridge contents as a fertilizer!

Unscrew the shower hose from the bottom of the shower filter and remove the shower filter unit from the faucet

Unscrew both ends of the shower filter, push the in-line cartridge out and insert the new cartridge

Screw both ends of the shower filter back on, reattach the shower filter to the faucet and attach the shower hose.
